Rama takes a round on circular track which has diameter of 280 m 
radius =diameter/2 =280/2 =140 m 
Distance covered = circumference of circular track = 2∏r = 2×3.14×140 = 879.2 m 
Time taken by Rama to complete one round = 4 minutes = 4 × 60 s  = 240 s 
 
Speed of Rama = distance covered/ time taken = 879.2/240 = 3.66 m/s
