Here we have to find the total weight of fruits in kg. So, we must convert the gram units into kg.

Weight of Oranges = 3 kg 500 g = 3 kg + 0.5 kg = 3.5 kg
                                                    [1 gram =  kg]

Weight of mangoes = 2 kg 250 g = 2 kg + 0.25 kg = 2.25 kg

Weight of apples = 3.5 kg 200 g = 3.5 kg+ 0.2 kg = 3.7 kg

Weight of grapes = 1 kg 275 g = 1 kg + 0.275 kg = 1.275 kg

Adding all the weights we get :-

              3.500
          +  2.250
          +  3.700
          +  1.275

            10.725

Thus, the total weight of fruits purchased by Raju is 10.725 kg
