Expert Answer:

Say we have V P/S1 = V P/S2 + V S2/S1

Differentiating both sides we get

a P/S1 = a P/S2 + a S2/S1

4 m/s^2 = 4m/s^2 + a S2/S1

If acceleration of two frames S1 and S2 is 4m/s^2, we can only say that velocity of frame S1 relative to S2 is constant. The acceleration of the two frames with respect to each other is zero.
