question about vector

If we add any three vectors and if they form a triangle i.e. closed polygon then their resultant is zero.
Hence using triangle inequality,
(a) 10, 20, 40, can't give us a resultant of ZERO, since 10 + 20 = 30 < 40
(b) 10, 10, 20, can't give us a resultant of ZERO, since 10 + 10 = 20 = 20
while (c) and (d) always follow the triangle inequality, hence can give a resultant of ZERO.
