Question 16 Graph shows the motion of two vehicles near a traffic signal. The car is stopped at a signal. As the car starts to accelerate, jeep moving at constant speed passes it. (i)How long does it take the car to reach the constant speed? (ii)What is the constant speed attained by the car?

(i) In the beginning, the car is travelling with uniform acceleration i.e. the speed is increasing uniformly with time. The car takes 10seconds to achieve the constant speed.

(ii) The constant speed attained by the car is 35 m/s.
