Speed of water = 36 km/hr
                       = 36 × 1000 / 3600 = 10 m/sec
diameter of base of tank = 2 × 0.35 = 0.7 m 
Volume of tank = ∏ r2 h = ∏ 0.352 × 1 
Let h be the length of a cylinder.
∏ 0.072 h = ∏ 0.352
h = 25 cm
Time taken to cover 25 m of pipe = 25/10 sec = 2.5 sec
