Expert Answer:

Total cards in the deck =52

There are 4 cards each of ace (one card per suit) , jack and queen.

So if all cards of ace, jack and queen are removed from a deck of playing cards then 40 cards are left.

In the remaining cards 4 face cards are there all kings

So probability of  drawing a face card =4/40=1/10

So probability of  drawing a non face card =9/10
