Dear Student
Consider tha probability to find a smaller square(1)= 1/64 since there are 64 square s in chess board
the probability to find a square(2) in such that it has common corner with square(1) = 4/64
the probability to find a square(3) in such that it has common corner with square(1)of square (2) = 6/64
the probability that these square have exactly two corners but no side common =1X4X6/643 =24 /643
