Expert Answer
Probability of drawing one red ball from the first bag=3/5
Probability of drawing one red ball from the second bag=3/7
therefore, probability that both balls are red=3/5.3/7=9/35
similarly, probability that both balls are black=2/5.4/7=8/35
therefore the required probability is = 1-9/35-8/35= 18/35.
