p1 = V^2/R1
p2 = V^2/R2
From this R1 and R2 can be found.
Then total resitance of the circuit is R1+R2. On connecting to V, current through each resistor is same and equal to V/(R1+R2).
Power in first resistor is i^2 R1 = [V/(R1+R2)]2 R1 and similarly find power in second resistor.Then sum both values to find total power.
