polt the points P[1,0] Q[4,0]and S[1,3] find the coordinate of the point R such that PQRS is a square

Expert Answer
As is evident, mark point P on x axis at x = 1, while Q at x = 4. So the distance between P and Q is 3 units.
Also point S is right above point P and at y = 3. Then the point R must be in line parallel with x axis and right above Q to form a square.
Hence Q = (4,3)
