Dear Student,
The reaction between H2 and Br2 is a complex reaction that takes place in a number of steps involving both H and Br atoms. Now the molecularity of a reaction is defined only for a elementary reaction. Molecularity has no meaning for a complex reaction. Hence for the given reaction molecularity can not be defined.
The order clearly as the rate law suggests is 1 with respect to Hydrogen ,1/2 with respect to Bromine and overall order is 3/2.
