plz solve urgent,
1.write the number of real roots of the equation-
x2+3 mod x +2 = 0
2. write the sum of real roots of the equation x2+mod x-6+0

Dear Student,
1. If x>0,
x2+3x+2 = 0
=> x = -2, -1 none of which is >0. hence no roots when x>0
If x<0,
x2-3x+2 = 0
=> x = 2, 1; again none of them is <0
Hence this equation has no real roots.
2.If x>0,
x2+x-6 = 0
=> x = 3,2; both are >0
Also for x<0
x2-x-6 = 0
=> x = 3, -2; out of which x = -2 is the solution for it is <0
Hence sum of all real roots = 3+2-2 = 3.
