The magnetic flux density (B) is the magnetic flux per unit area.Hence ,B is inversely proportional to [distance(r)]2.

It implies that B is maximum when r is minimum.As the value of r increases B decreases.The decrease is not linear rather B falls down to 0 faster due to inverse square relation with distance.(as shown in the graph above)

As we know, work done by Magnetic force is always zero in moving a charged particle./So it cannot change speed of charged particle. MY doubt is that, can magnetic force change direction of motion of charged particle?
