We use the De Broglie's relationship
λ=h/p
where λ is the wavelength
h is Planck's constant and its value 6.626 x 10-34 Js
and p is momentum of the particle we are considering
Further p= m x v (m is the mass and v is the velocity)
Mass of of electron and proton can be known . Further since we know value of wavelength velocity of electron and proton their velocity can be determined.
Calculate by yourself and post the answer to verify it.
