When cells are connected in series they have the same charge. When they are in parallel they have the same potential difference.

Combine capacitors in series into a single capacitor and also combine those in parallel using relavant formulae.Then work backwards taking same voltage across parallel capacitors and same charge for series capacitors.

Draw the circuit for each case. Please solve the question and let us know at which step are you finding it difficult to solve.
