(b) Since incident and emergent rays are parallel, angle of deviation is zero.
 
(d) no refraction of a colour means, refractive index of the color of light in the refracting medium (glass) with respect to incident ray medium (liquid) is one.
Since refractive index is equal to ratio of velocities, velocity of the color of the light in liquid and glass must be equal
