Dear Student
1) The diffelction in the compass needle depends on the current passing through the wire and direction of earht magnetic field . Its not same for all the spatial directions of wire and magnitudes of current.
2)Let me say initial frequency of rotaion = ac frequency=50Hz ==0.02 sec for rotation
The AC out put looks like sine wave.
With tis if you recerse the AC generator direction every 0.01 Sec, ie you are repeating the hlaf circular motion.
for opposite rotaion current will reverse the direcction. so frequency of AC is same 50Hz.
