Position of the particle-2 after 10 s is given by ,

If both particle collide after 10s, then their position vectors are equal
 
Hence by equating (1) and (2), we get,  2+10a = 8 ,  2+10b = -4 and (5+10c) = 7
 
Hence we get a = 0.6 ,  b = -0.6  and  c = 0.2
