Total number of digits are: 10 (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)

Any number between 30,000 to 80,000 must be of 5 digits.

Also for being odd the unit place is either 1, 3, 5, 7, 9

Now If the number start with 3 or 5 or 7 or 9:

So the number of odd numbers with no digit repeated are = 4*8*7*6*3 = 4032

If the number start with 4 or 6:

The number of odd numbers with no digit repeated are = 2*8*7*6*5 =  3360

Hence the total number of odd numbers with no digit repeated are = 4032 + 3360 = 7392
