The body, whose acceleration is maximum , reaches the ground earliest and the body whose acceleration is minimum, reaches the ground last.

We know that acceleration of a body rolling down the inclined plane without sliding is given by

a =  g sinθ  /  [ 1 + ( 1/ MR2) ]

Moment of inertia of a spherical shell = 2MR2 / 3

Moment of inertia of a solid sphere =  2MR2 / 5

So, ashell  =  (3/5) gsinθ 

and  asphere = ( 5/7) gsinθ 

Since acceleration of the sphere is more, starting from the same height the sphere will reach the ground first.
