(a) speed = distance/time = circumference/time = 2x3.14x0.02/60 = 0.002 m/s
(b) Velocity at 0 sec = 0.002i, Velocity at 15 sec = -0.002j
(since at 0 sec the clock hand is about to move in horizontal direction and at 15 sec is about to move in vertically downward direction)
(c) Change in velocity = final velocity - initial velocity = -0.002(i + j)
(d) Average acceleration in 0 to 15 sec = change in velocity/time = -0.002(i + j)/15
