a. If the tension applied in string is same throughout same the the velocity will be uniform in horizontal plane.
b. It's acceleration is constant and that is centripetal acceleration.
c. Direction of centripetal acceleration would act along the center of the circular path.
d. Tension in the string is providing centripetal force for circular motion
e. It's the tension and it always acts away from the body
