displacement = final position - initial position

For uniform accelerated motion displacement can also be found from following kinematic equations,

s = ut + (1/2)(at2 )

v2 = u2 + 2as

where s, u, v, t, a are the diplacement, initial velocity, final velocity, time and acceleration respectively.
