radius of the hemisphere = 7cm
total height of vessel = 13cm
then height of the cylinder= 13-7 = 6cm
so surface area of hemisphere = 2*pi*72
and surface area of sylinder = 2*pi*7*6
total surface area is = 2*pi*72+ 2*pi*7*6
