Assume,
L = Length of the wire,
A = Cross sectional area of the wire,
ρ = Resistivity of the wire,
R = Resistance of the wire,
R = ρL/A
R' = Resistance of 1 part = (ρL)/(5A)
1/Req = 5(1/R') = 5 (5A)/(ρL)
1/Req = (25A)/(ρL)
Req = (ρL)/(25A)
R/Req = 25
