The given equations are

                                   x+y=5                             ....(1)

                                   x-y=5                              .....(2)

                                   x=5                                  ....(3)

Solving (1) and (2) as follows

                              x+y=5

                             x-5 =5

adding               2x=10

                             x=5

and substracting

                      2y=0

                       y=0

So the first vertex is (5,0)

Solving (1) and (3) we get

                      x=0

    and       y=5

   so the second vertex is (0,5)

similarly Solving (2) and (3) we get

                         x=0

and

                   y=-5

so the third vertex is (0,-5)
