From the figure, triangle ADE is similar to triangle ACB

Hence, AD/ AC = DE/CB

AC = slant height = 10 cm

AD = AC-CD = 10-6=4 cm

Hence, 4 / 10 = r / 6   (r is radius of sphere)

r = 12/5 cm

fraction of water flown out = Volume of immersed sphere / volume of cone = (4/3) r3 /  (1/3) R2h

r = 12/5 cm,  R= 6cm,  h = 8cm

Hence the fraction can be found out.
