well, i can only  help you in physics, in physics, you mostly stress on mechanics and thermal part of the 11th class, and electrostatic  to magentostatics, and then modern physics, and the solid  and semiconductor devices, since little time is left so it is suggestable that you should solve  previous years question papers so that you will get an idea about the  nature of the questions...  All the best for you entrance exams.
