Let Ts is the reaction force at support due to tension of the string and
T is the tension at lowest point of the string.
 
By resolving the reaction force and equating the components we get,  
 
Ts cos30 = (M/2)g   .....................(1)
 
Ts sin30 = T  .........................(2)
 
where M is mass of rope.  Hence Ts = (2.5×10) / ( √3/2 ) = 50/√3
 
Hence, Tension at lowest point, T = (50/√3)×(1/2) = 25/√3  ≈ 14 N
