Please solve the question  of linear equation by elimination method 11x+15y+23=0,   7x-2y-20=0

11 x + 15 y = -23 ..........................(1)
7 x   - 2 y  = 20 ..............................(2)

eqn.(1) × 2 gives,    22 x + 30 y = -46 .....................(3)
eqn.(2) x 15 gives,  105 x - 30 y = 300 ...................(4)

By adding (3) and (4),  we get  127 x = 254  or  x =2

By substituting x = 2 in eqn.(1),  11 (2) + 15 y = -23    or   15 y = -23 -22 = -45    or  y = -3

Hence solution of eqn.(1) and (2) is,  x = 2  and y = -3
