Please mention the signs(negative or positive) for height of object and height of image in a concave lens

According to the sign convections for spherical lenses, the distances measured in the same direction as that of incident light are taken as positive and vice versa.

Also, the heights above the principal axis are taken as positive and vice versa.

In case on a concave lens the height of the image and object is always positive.
