if begin mathsize 14px style angle end styleB and begin mathsize 14px style angle end styleQ are acute and we are given that sinbegin mathsize 14px style angle end styleB = sinbegin mathsize 14px style angle end styleQ, obviously begin mathsize 14px style angle end styleB = begin mathsize 14px style angle end styleQ .

if it is to be proved by geometry, find the explanation below.
let ΔABC and ΔPQR are two right angled triangles.

if   sin B = sin Q , then  begin mathsize 14px style fraction numerator A C over denominator A B end fraction space equals space fraction numerator P R over denominator P Q end fraction space equals space k end style  ..........................(1)
in ΔABC, begin mathsize 14px style B C space equals space square root of A B squared minus A C squared end root space equals space A B square root of 1 minus k squared end root end style ....................(2)
In Eqn.(2), we used AC = k×AB using eqn.(1)

Similarly , using eqn.(1), we write, in ΔPQR ,  begin mathsize 14px style Q R space equals P Q space square root of 1 minus k squared end root end style ........................(3)
in ΔABC ratio of sides :-    AB : AC : BC = AB : k×AB : begin mathsize 14px style square root of 1 minus k squared end root end styleAB   = 1 : k :begin mathsize 14px style square root of 1 minus k squared end root end style
similarly in ΔPQR ratio of sides :- PQ:PR:QR = PQ : k×PQ : begin mathsize 14px style square root of 1 minus k squared end root end style PQ = 1:k:begin mathsize 14px style square root of 1 minus k squared end root end style

hence ΔABC and ΔPQR are congruent. hence begin mathsize 14px style angle end styleB = begin mathsize 14px style angle end styleQ
