if B and Q are acute and we are given that sinB = sinQ, obviously B = Q .
if it is to be proved by geometry, find the explanation below.
let ΔABC and ΔPQR are two right angled triangles.
if sin B = sin Q , then ..........................(1)
in ΔABC, ....................(2)
In Eqn.(2), we used AC = k×AB using eqn.(1)
Similarly , using eqn.(1), we write, in ΔPQR , ........................(3)
in ΔABC ratio of sides :- AB : AC : BC = AB : k×AB : AB = 1 : k :
similarly in ΔPQR ratio of sides :- PQ:PR:QR = PQ : k×PQ : PQ = 1:k:
hence ΔABC and ΔPQR are congruent. hence B = Q
