No harmis caused in this case. Problems are caused by the reverse situation i.e. Rh negative mother carrying Rh positive foetus.

In case of RH positive mother carrying RH negative baby, the mother has the Rh antigen and hence does not produce the antibodies. An Rh-positive mother's body doesn't care if the baby is Rh-positive or negative, and there is no antibody attack.
