Capacity is a measure of the amount of liquid a container can hold.
The common units of measurement of capacity are gallon, litre.
 
Area is the region enclosed by a plane figure.
The common units of measurement of area are square cm, square m.
 
Volume is the amount of region occupied by a solid.
The common units of measurement of area are cubic cm, cubic m.
