Hi dear,
The main differences are amplitude and frequency.
The lion's roar has a higher amplitude (volume.)
The mosquito's buzz has a higher frequency (pitch.)
The mosquito's buzz is pretty much at a constant frequency while the lion's roar may contain several different frequencies.
