answered-by-expert Expert Answer
In a uniform magnetic field, the force on a charged particle moving will be perpendicular to its direction of motion and thus it will have uniform circular motion (apart from any other motion it might be having eg combination of linear and circular motion causing a total helical motion).
In uniform circular motion the speed of the particle does not change and thus the kinetic energy of the  particle does not change.
