Above reaction is an example of Carbylamine reaction. It is a chemical test for detection of aliphatic and aromatic primary amines. In this reaction, the analyte is heated with alcoholic potassium hydroxide and chloroform. If a primary amine is present, the isocyanide is formed.
Secondary and tertiary amines do not show this reaction.
Hence option 2 is the correct option.
