Expert Answer
displacement current occur between the plates of capacitor when the conduction current is varying and the charge on the capacitor platse is varying and the electric field between the plates is varying.
While using amperes circuital law if we take the surface inside the capacitor plates an electric field beteen the plates is varying then we use displacement current.
If for the same case the surface is taken outside the capacitor we consider only conduction current.
so in these two cases displacement current and conduction current is same.
