Please answer the following question.

Expert Answer
As the new line is rotated about point B the point B lies on the new line.
Also as the line is rotated 90o the new line is perpendicular to the old line.
Thus (slope of the new line) = -1/(slope of old line)
Find the slope of the old line using the 2 points given and hence find the slope of the new line.
The equation of the new line can be found using the slope-point equation of a line.
