Least Count of Vernier   = 1 main scale division - 1 vernier scale division =  [1 - (9/10) ] =  (1/10) of main scale division
 
since least count of main scale ( one division ) is 0.1 cm,  Least count of vernier = (1/10)×0.1 = 0.01 cm
 
actual measurement = main scale reading + ( Vernier scale reading × least count of vernier ) = 1.3+(2×0.01) = 1.32 cm
