If ABCD is a quadrilateral and P, Q, R and S are the mid-points of the sides AB, BC, CD and DA.
We need to prove PR and SQ bisect each other.
Quadrilateral PQRS is a parallelogram.
It has one pair of opposite sides equal as well as parallel applying the mid point Theorem.
PR and SQ being the diagonals of a parallelogram bisects each other
