parental identity is last in binary fision.why?

In binary fission, the parent amoeba divides to form two similar daughter amoebae. This means that the main parent body itself gets divided to form daughter cells. These daughter amoebae also divide further into two daughter amoebae each. Thus, we can say that the parental identity is lost in binary fission.
