Compare the Tens: There are a 0, two 1's and two 2's, so 04.215 must be the lowest. (Write it down in your answer). Next comes the two numbers with 1 in the tens - 12.415 and 19.400.

Compare the Units: The 2 is lowest, so 12.415 is next in value, followed by 19.400 Finally comes the two numbers with 2 in the tens - 24.510 and 22.021.

Compare the Units: The 2 is lowest, so 22.021 is next in value, followed by 24.510.

The decimals must be in the order, lowest to highest:

4.215 < 12.415 < 19.4 < 22.021 < 24.51
