For such a type of problem first find out the # of moles of methane in 3.2 g.

methane mol.wt is 16 so 16 g has 5 x 6.023 x 1023atoms in 1 mole since 1 molecule has 5 atoms

therefore      3.2 g  is 0.2 moles of molecules but the atoms are 0.2 x 5 i.e 1 mole

Ca at.wt  is  40  -----   1 mole  is 40 g

40g has 6.023 x 1023  atoms .
