Assume a current i from point A in the forward direction. At junction say current i1 flows into 9V and 1 ohm part and i2 flows into 2 ohm resistor.
Here we assuming that A is at a higher potential than B since this information is not given in the question.
Using Kirchoffs rules we can write the change in potential in two loops as
16 - i.4 - 9 - i1. 1 + 3 - 4i = 0
-2i2 +1.i1 +9 = 0
i = i1 + i2
Then solve this equation and find i2.
