WE KNOW THAT,  P = V2 / R

                     so,   R = V 2 / P

                                  = 220 x 220 / 100

                                 =  484 ohm.

Hence, the resistance of the bulb is 484 ohm.

Now, let P1 be the power consumed at 110 volt ( = V1, say )

 Then,  P1 = V12 / R

so,       P1  =  110 x 110 / 484

                   =  25 watt.
