a)  (L+3) (B-2)= LB+4

LB+3B-2L-6=LB+4

3B-2L-10=0----(1)

b)(L-2)(B+1)= LB-1

LB-2B+L-2=LB-1

-2B+L-1=0-----(2)

2X(1) + 3X(2)  ===>  -4L-20+3L-3=0==> -L=-23

Sub stitute L in Eqn (1)===> B=-12

These are practicle solutions for length. But satis fies the problem
