net electric charges can neither be created nor desrtoyed in an isolated system.why?

the principal that net electric charge is neither created nor destroyed but is transferable from one material to another
Whenever the body acquires positive charge, it loses some electrons and whne body acquires negative charge , it gained few electrons. The charge just transfer from one body to another.
