any point O which is equidistant from A and C will lie on perpendicular bisector of AC.
it is a property of rhombus that its diagonal intersect each other at right angle and bisects each other.
i.e. bisector of AC passes through B and D.
so point O ,B and D lie on a line or OBD is a straight line.
